Justin Head - Founder and Director

Justin has more than 25 years' experience in the I.T and telecommunications industries having held leadership positions in both IBM and Ericsson. He has been heavily involved in developing complex managed service and outsourcing agreements both in IT and telecoms. As Global Head of Sales for Ericsson his role was to ensure that outsourcing agreements across the world were designed to exceed both the customer and Ericsson's business requirements in a highly complex and technical environment. He enjoyed developing deep understandings of global markets such as Africa, Asia and Latin America.

Justin specialises in building highly skilled and diverse teams to ensure project and delivery success. He has a passion for innovation and using technology to deliver business benefit. Justin has a degree in Applied Physics which is where his love of innovation and gadgets comes from. He lives in Wiltshire with his wife and has two children at University.

Gary Albuery - Founder and Director

Gary is a seasoned IT and Telecommunications executive with over 20 years' experience in tier one managed service providers, such as IBM, Telefonica and Ericsson. He specialises in delivery, complex programme management and ongoing operations. In previous positions Gary has built and run Global Delivery Centres, led EMEA contact centres for large commercial and industrial clients and been part of multi skilled teams that have solved and negotiated complex multi-million-dollar telco outsourcing deals.

Gary has considerable experience in leading extensive service improvement programs. Most recently Gary ran a transformation programme that successfully transferred business critical operations to an offshore delivery centre, as well as transforming key processes to maximise operational efficiency. Gary thrives on delivering high quality service as an enabler to ensure customers' business success. Gary is a family man with two children, one still at school and one at university studying for a Law degree and he lives in Hampshire. He is an avid follower of cricket.

Simon Newnes - Founder and Director

Simon has extensive experience in helping to create and run successful businesses. Most recently Simon was a director and company secretary of Dartmoor Capital Management Limited, an FCA (Financial Conduct Authority) regulated fund management advisory business. As a director Simon held the Controlled Functions of Director and Compliance Oversight and was responsible for all aspects of the reporting requirements to the FCA. The fund ultimately grew to a net asset value of £290 million prior to the successful sale of the portfolio in 2016. Before this Simon spent three years living and working in Croatia as a director of a private investment portfolio, investing in property throughout Croatia.

Simon's passion for food and fishing came from the time he was a partner in C. J. Newnes & Partners, the family wholesale fish merchants at Billingsgate Market in London, until its sale in late 2004. He became a partner in 1988 following 8 generations in the business, which was heavily involved in the worldwide fish industry. Simon enjoys the outdoor pursuits and can often be found walking or fishing with his wife and two young sons.
